Compliance Advisories
As the cannabis industry evolves in the CNMI, the CNMICC may periodically issue an advisory for licensees and/or permittees reflective of the CNMICC’s requirements and is not in any way meant to replace any rule, regulation, or statutory code. It is essential that advisories are adhered to for compliance purposes. Failure to comply with CNMICC advisories may result in license or permit termination or non-renewal.
