Adjusted office hours

In light of the recent legislation, H.B. 23-66, and the associated reduction of hours, effective Friday, October 6, 2023, the CNMI Cannabis Commission will be closing at 3:00 p.m. and every other Friday thereafter. Additionally, the Commission will continue to observe austerity Mondays. This schedule will be strictly adhered to in order to comply with the new legal requirements.

In the event of a holiday falling on a payroll Friday or the following Monday, the reduced hours will be observed on the Thursday prior or the following Tuesday.

Submit a complaint

The Commission may investigate complaints from the public or industry about matters related to the regulation of cannabis in the CNMI. Unless a complaint relates to an immediate public safety concern, all complaints must be submitted to the Commission, in writing. Your complaint will be reviewed and if it is determined that additional information is required, the Commission may contact you.
