License Renewal

As you prepare for another CNMICC licensed cannabis year, the CNMICC wishes you and your business another profitable new year under the Taulamwaar Sensible CNMI Cannabis Act of 2018.

For continuity of cannabis business activity without any changes to current business structure, license renewal would proceed within a reasonable time. Any changes to business structure as outlined in CNMICC regulation § 180-10.1-360 would go through the standard review processes outlined in § 180-10.1-310 and § 180-10.1-325 of the regulations.
